Refund Policy

P-House sells digital content and access that is delivered instantly. This Refund Policy explains exactly when a refund is possible, how to request one, and the conditions that must be met. By purchasing a membership you accept this policy in full, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The 24-Hour Window

• Refunds may only be requested within 24 hours of your purchase. The clock starts at the purchase timestamp on your Stripe receipt.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final for every plan (Monthly, Lifetime, and Ultra Lifetime).

2. How to Request a Refund

Send your request within the 24-hour window through one of our official channels:

Please include the following so we can locate your order quickly:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your Stripe receipt or transaction ID
• Your verification code (if one was issued)
• A brief reason for the request

3. Proof of Non-Access Is Required

Because the content is delivered instantly, a refund is only possible if you can prove that you did not substantially access it. We review our access logs to verify this, including:

• When your verification code was issued and redeemed
• How long you spent in the Discord and Telegram servers
• Any content requests or downloads made from your account

Example: if our logs show you redeemed your code, stayed in the server for around five hours, then left and asked for a refund, the request will be denied because the content was already accessed.

4. If You Are Not Satisfied

If the content is not for you, act quickly. Leave the server within 30 to 60 minutes of redeeming your code and submit your refund request straight away. This gives our logs a clear record that you did not consume the content, which is the best way to qualify for a refund.

5. Plan-Specific Notes

• Monthly — refundable only within 24 hours of the initial purchase and subject to the non-access conditions above. If you cancel later, access continues until the end of the current billing period, but past charges are not refunded.
• Lifetime and Ultra Lifetime — treated as delivered digital goods once the code is issued or redeemed. Refundable only within 24 hours and only if the non-access conditions are met.

6. Cancelling a Subscription

Cancelling a recurring subscription is your responsibility and is separate from a refund. Use the secure customer portal below to manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Before Opening a Dispute or Chargeback

Do not open a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us. As set out in our Terms of Service, you must first:

• Contact us through at least two of our three channels (email, Discord, Telegram), and
• Allow up to 48 hours for a response on each channel.

Only if you receive no response after 48 hours may you escalate. Any dispute filed before completing this process violates our Terms, and we will contest it with our full access and communication logs.

8. Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Once a refund is issued, the associated access is revoked.
