Automatic Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you automatically accept this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. Your purchase constitutes a binding agreement to all terms and conditions, including this refund policy, regardless of whether you have explicitly read or reviewed these documents.

Eligibility

  • Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 24 hours.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refunds allowed only within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Cancelled subscriptions retain access until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Memberships

  • Refunds allowed only within 24 hours of purchase.

Requesting a Refund

  • Contact support@phouse.vip with order details and reason.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Lifetime memberships after 24 hours.
  • Monthly subscriptions after 24 hours.
  • Accounts showing abuse or misuse.

Chargebacks

Important: You may only initiate a chargeback after you have attempted to contact us through at least 2 of our 3 contact methods listed below AND have not received a response within 3 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact us through at least 2 of these methods and waiting 3 business days for a response may result in immediate account suspension and may be considered a violation of our terms of service.

Account Termination

Refunds result in immediate account termination and loss of server access.
