Refund Policy

Automatic Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you automatically accept this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. Your purchase constitutes a binding agreement to all terms and conditions, including this refund policy, regardless of whether you have explicitly read or reviewed these documents.

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund at any time, regardless of when you purchased.
  • Refunds requested within the first 24 hours are almost always accepted.
  • Refunds requested after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before approval.
  • Exception: If you have never used your verification code, you may request a refund at any time, regardless of the 24-hour limit. You will always receive a full refund in this case.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refunds requested within 24 hours are almost always accepted.
  • Refunds requested after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancelled subscriptions retain access until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Memberships

  • Refunds requested within 24 hours are almost always accepted.
  • Refunds requested after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting a Refund

  • Contact support@phouse.vip with order details and reason.
  • Refunds requested within 24 hours are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds requested after 24 hours require review and may take longer to process.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Lifetime memberships after 24 hours.
  • Monthly subscriptions after 24 hours.
  • Accounts showing abuse or misuse.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks: A chargeback is a serious action that should only be used as a last resort when you have been unable to resolve an issue directly with us. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support channels may be considered fraudulent activity.

Before Initiating a Chargeback, You Must:

  1. Contact us through at least 2 of our 3 support channels listed below
  2. Wait at least 3 business days for a response from our support team
  3. Provide your order details, including transaction ID or invoice number
  4. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
  5. Allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your issue

Service Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, you receive:

  • Discord: A one-time verification code that you use to receive your paid roles. Once you have used the code and received your roles, you no longer need it. If you lose your verification code before using it, it may take up to 24 hours for us to assist you in regaining access.
  • Telegram: An instant join link that provides immediate access to the premium Telegram channel.
  • Email confirmation with order details and support email address
  • Full access to all premium content and member benefits once verified

Note: Discord verification is instant when using your verification code. The code is one-time use only to receive your paid roles. If you lose your code before using it, please contact support and allow up to 24 hours for assistance.

Warning: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us through at least 2 of the above methods and waiting 3 business days for a response, we will contact you to resolve the issue through our support channels. If you do not respond or resolve the issue through support, the following will apply:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension
  • Loss of all access to premium content and services
  • Potential legal action for fraudulent chargeback activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon purchase

We maintain detailed records of all transactions, service deliveries, and customer communications. These records will be provided as evidence in any chargeback dispute to demonstrate that services were delivered as described and that you failed to contact us before initiating the chargeback.

Account Termination

Refunds result in immediate account termination and loss of server access.
