Cancel your subscription

Before requesting a refund, you can cancel your monthly subscription anytime in your Stripe billing area. Use the same email you used at checkout.

  • Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 24 hours.

Requesting a Refund

  • Requests will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Lifetime memberships after 24 hours.
  • Monthly subscriptions after 24 hours.
  • Accounts showing abuse or misuse.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may lead to account suspension. Contact support first to resolve issues.

Account Termination

Refunds result in immediate account termination and loss of server access.
