Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of P-House ("Phouse", "we", "us"), a paid digital membership that provides access to private Discord and Telegram communities and related digital content. Please read them carefully. By purchasing a membership you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every section below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a payment for any P-House plan, you automatically and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy in full. No separate signature or checkbox is required; your payment is your acceptance. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, do not purchase or use the service.

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Description

P-House is a digital-only service. After purchase you receive a verification code that grants instant access to our private Discord server, Telegram channels, and associated digital content and perks. Delivery is considered complete the moment your verification code is issued and/or redeemed.

Current plans:

• Monthly — recurring subscription (billed monthly).
• Lifetime — one-time payment for ongoing access.
• Ultra Lifetime — one-time payment for ongoing access plus additional perks.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes and fees.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled by you. Lifetime and Ultra Lifetime plans are one-time charges.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact details so we can deliver your access and reach you if needed.

4. Refunds

Because P-House is digital content delivered instantly, refunds are strictly limited. The summary below is binding; the full rules are set out in our Refund Policy.

• Refunds may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Requests must be made through one of our official channels: email, Telegram, or Discord.
• You must be able to prove that you did not substantially access the content. Our access logs (code redemption time, time spent in the Discord/Telegram servers, and content requests) are used as evidence.
• Example: if our logs show you redeemed your code, remained in the server for several hours, and only then requested a refund, the request will be denied.
• If you are not satisfied with the content, leave the server within 30 to 60 minutes of redeeming your code and request your refund immediately.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a recurring subscription is entirely your own responsibility. You can cancel at any time using the secure customer portal below. Cancellation stops all future charges; for monthly plans your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Failing to cancel is not grounds for a refund of a charge that has already been processed.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us is a violation of these Terms. Before initiating any dispute you must first attempt to resolve the issue with us directly.

• You must contact us through at least two of our three official channels: email, Discord, and Telegram.
• You must allow up to 48 hours for a response on each channel you use.
• Only if you have not received any response after 48 hours across those channels may you consider escalating.
• Any dispute or chargeback filed before completing this process is a breach of these Terms. We do not accept such disputes and will contest them with our complete access and communication logs.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute your verification code or your access with anyone else.
• You may not copy, scrape, record, or redistribute any member content outside of P-House.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass staff or other members.
• Abuse of the refund process or fraudulent chargebacks is prohibited.

8. Access Logging

To operate the service, prevent abuse, and evaluate refund and dispute requests, we log fulfillment and usage events, including verification code issuance and redemption, join and leave times, and content requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including code sharing, content redistribution, abuse, or fraudulent chargebacks. Access obtained through a payment that is later reversed may also be revoked.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 24 hours before the claim arose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
