By accessing and using Phouse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Automatic Acceptance Upon Purchase: By completing a purchase on our website, you automatically and irrevocably accept these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. Your purchase constitutes a binding agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein, regardless of whether you have explicitly read or reviewed these documents.
Service Description
Phouse provides access to premium servers, including Discord and Telegram channels, exclusive materials, and member benefits.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Paddle or Stripe.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment.
- All prices include applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
- You may request a refund at any time, regardless of when you purchased.
- Refunds requested within the first 24 hours are almost always accepted.
- Refunds requested after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before approval.
- If you have never used your verification code, you may request a refund at any time and will always receive a full refund.
- Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the service.
Access and Usage
Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Discord: A one-time verification code that you receive after payment. Using this code provides instant access to your paid roles. If you lose your verification code before using it, we will manually assist you in regaining access (may take up to 24 hours).
- Telegram: An instant invite link that provides immediate access to the premium Telegram channel.
- Email confirmation with order details and support email address.
- Full access to all premium content and member benefits once verified.
Access and usage may be tracked to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse.
Prohibited Use
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Abuse of subscriptions or attempting to obtain a refund after using the service is prohibited.
Termination
Phouse may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
